Return Policy:
All sales on craft books and patterns are final.

Handmade craft items may be returned within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept money orders, cashier's checks, and Paypal. Payment must be received before item is shipped.

Placing An Order:
The Shopping Cart is not working. Orders may be placed by sending an email to Personal Touch. You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order.

Shipping Policy:
Orders will be filled as they are received. In stock items will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Out of stock craft items may still be ordered, but because every craft item is personally handmade, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. (It usually doesn't take that long, especially on smaller items.)

Actual colors may vary from pictures due to camera quality and materials used. We will be offering free shipping certain items!

Each craft item is personally handmade in my home. Baby items are sold without ties, strings, or ribbons; because they may be harmful if the baby is left unattended. PLEASE NOTE: SPECIAL CARE IS GIVEN TO EACH CRAFT ITEM, BUT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS SHOULD KNOW MY HOME CONTAINS BIRDS, CATS, DOGS, AND FISH.
